From the Editor

I build content ecosystems.

I've spent more than twenty years figuring out what makes people keep reading.

I started in journalism, where I learned to ask better questions, find the story, and never underestimate the intelligence of the reader.

From there, I moved into brand and retail, eventually becoming a Creative Director and Head Copywriter. I learned a different side of the equation: how an idea becomes a campaign, how voice holds together across channels, and how creative work has to do more than sound good. It has to work.

Magazine editing brought me back to editorial storytelling. Digital changed the distribution. Search changed how people found the work. Ecommerce changed where the story had to sell. And AI is changing the way people discover information all over again.

The channels keep changing. The fundamentals haven't.

For more than twenty years, I've worked across editorial, creative direction, copywriting, content strategy, and campaign development for companies in restaurant technology, healthcare and medical aesthetics, fashion and ecommerce, consumer brands, travel, design, and professional services.

Today, I work at the intersection of strategy and execution.

I can develop the editorial direction, find the campaign idea, establish the voice, and then write the article, email, landing page, product story, thought-leadership piece, or social campaign that brings it to life.

That's what I mean when I talk about building content ecosystems.

Not more content for the sake of more content. A connected body of work in which every piece has a job to do, every channel supports the next, and the brand still sounds human when it reaches the other side.

The tools will keep changing. Good editorial judgment won't.
